Not only the bad ones but also useful ones. When you take antibiotics then it can lead to an increased growth of yeast bacteria just because the antibiotic decreased your natural defense.
Other reasons for an infection can be the permanent use of perfumed hygiene products. The perfume can lead to an irritation of your skin and to infections in the long term.
While you may believe that cleanness is a good thing, then overdoing it can also cause irritation and infections. Your body has a natural defense which can be destroyed by the overuse of soap, perfumes or other hygienical habits.
Wrong clothes can be another cause of yeast infection. Very tight clothes, nylons and synthetic fibers can cause irritation and do not let your skin enough room to breath.
Once you have identified the cause of your yeast infection you may have made the first step already in getting rid of it. There are more things you can do though when you want to combat your yeast infection.
